Job Description:
We are looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Azure, Kubernetes (AKS) to design and manage enterprise-grade cloud-native platforms.The role involves building, securing, and operating scalable AKS environments, implementing GitOps and Infrastructure as Code, and ensuring high availability, security, and reliability of Kubernetes platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage secure, highly available AKS clusters with full lifecycle management (provisioning, upgrades, patching).
- Implement Azure networking for AKS (VNet, Subnets, NSGs, UDRs, NAT Gateway, Private Endpoints).
- Configure ingress and service mesh using NGINX, Gateway API, and Istio.
- Enforce Kubernetes security (RBAC, Entra ID, Pod Security Standards, Key Vault, Workload Identity).
- Manage scaling and workloads (node pools, autoscaling, affinity, tolerations).
- Build Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Bicep.
- Implement GitOps workflows using Argo CD or Flux.
- Set up monitoring and observability (Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Support platform add-ons (cert-manager, CSI drivers, external-dns, policies).
- Ensure backup, DR, and reliability engineering practices.
- Collaborate with teams to define platform standards and best practices.
