Position Summary

The Anaplan Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Anaplan models to ensure optimal system performance and business continuity. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, planners, developers, and the Center of Excellence (CoE) to manage changes, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement across the Anaplan platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve defects within Anaplan models to ensure optimal functionality, accuracy, and performance.
• Lead change management sessions to review, approve, and execute updates across UAT and Production environments.
• Coordinate with business users and planners to support smooth deployment of enhancements while minimizing operational disruption.
• Collaborate with development teams and the Anaplan CoE to improve processes, optimize models, and implement system enhancements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system changes, issue resolutions, and deployment outcomes to support ongoing system governance and audit requirements.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, best practices, and Anaplan model-building standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting or developing Anaplan models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of change management processes and UAT/Production release cycles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Anaplan Model Builder certification: Level 2 or higher.
• Anaplan experience. Someone who can speak Anaplan language.
• Must be hands-on.
• Problem solver.
