Network & Hosting Infrastructure Specialist

We are looking for a Network & Hosting Infrastructure Specialist with strong experience in enterprise network and server infrastructure, credential management, connectivity troubleshooting, and infrastructure discovery.


Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot credential, authentication, and connectivity issues across network devices and servers

Support infrastructure discovery and asset scanning to ensure complete scanning coverage

Troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, Windows/Linux servers, and virtualization platforms

Manage and validate infrastructure credentials and access policies

Support ServiceNow Service Graph Connector configurations and data flow

Manage discovery schedules around infrastructure maintenance windows

Document credential management processes, infrastructure issues, and troubleshooting procedures

Provide SME support for network topology, device configurations, and server environments


Required Skills:

Strong enterprise network infrastructure experience routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers

Windows Server and Linux/Unix administration

VMware and/or Hyper-V experience

Hands-on experience with infrastructure credentials and authentication

Strong knowledge of SNMP v1/v2c/v3, SSH, Telnet, WMI, WinRM, and NetBIOS

Experience troubleshooting enterprise connectivity and authentication issues

Understanding of IP addressing, network segmentation, and firewall rules

Experience with infrastructure discovery or asset-scanning tools

Familiarity with CMDB and Configuration Item (CI) concepts

PowerShell and/or Python scripting skills

ITIL-aligned process experience

CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification preferred

Nice to Have

ServiceNow ITOM Visibility / Discovery experience

ServiceNow Service Graph Connector experience

Experience supporting large, complex, heterogeneous enterprise environments
