Requirements - 3+ years building secure, accessible, and responsive Drupal solutions, including module development, theming, and migrations

- Basic command of Drush and Composer

Nice to Have - Familiarity working in and with Cloud technologies like AWS, Pantheon, or Acquia

About the Role In this role, you'll be responsible for the hands-on design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the CMS platform and associated web applications. This role involves both frontend and backend development, translating product requirements and design specifications into clean, secure, and high-performance code. The Developer will work as part of a collaborative team, partnering with the Product Manager to understand feature requirements and with the User Researcher and designers to implement user-friendly and accessible interfaces. Key activities include customizing CMS functionality, building integrations with other state systems, writing and executing unit tests, and participating in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across the platform.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$81,499.00 - $167,644.00
