Leidos is seeking a mission-driven
Test Engineer to join the FLITE+ program at
Buckley Space Force Base, supporting one of the nation's most critical space-based defense missions. In this role, you'll contribute directly to the
Missile Warning Integration and Test enterprise-helping ensure the systems protecting our nation are verified, validated, and ready when it matters most.

What You'll Do- Serve as a Test Engineer supporting Missile Warning Integration and Test activities across the FLITE+ enterprise.
- Provide independent technical consultation to Senior Test Engineers on verification planning, execution, and analysis.
- Advise on test methodologies, verification strategies, and process improvements to strengthen mission assurance.
- Support enterprise-level coordination, ensuring test and verification activities are aligned across systems, stakeholders, and mission partners.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance the reliability, performance, and readiness of Missile Warning capabilities.
What You Bring- Active TS/SCI security clearance (required).
- Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of relevant experience in systems engineering, test engineering, or related technical fields.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Missile Warning systems, system integration, and verification activities.
- Proven ability to provide technical leadership and advisory support within complex, operationally focused mission environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior engineers, mission partners, and enterprise stakeholders.

Pay Range:Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
