Position: Salesforce Lightning Developer
Location: Boston, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Duration: 9-12 Months Contract
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Lightning Developer to join our global team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing and implementing Salesforce systems across retail and investment management businesses for banking clients. This position requires hands-on coding expertise, a confident approach, and 7-10 years of relevant experience. The role involves working closely with various teams to design and develop new features, ensuring solutions align with the firm's vision while integrating third-party and internal platforms to deliver a unified client ecosystem.
Responsibilities: - Enhance and implement Salesforce systems across retail and investment management businesses.
- Collaborate with teams to design and develop new features.
- Ensure solutions align with the firm's vision and best practices.
- Increase adoption and integrate Salesforce with third-party and internal platforms.
- Deploy rapid prototyping to propose solutions to complex challenges.
Qualifications: - Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, preferably Salesforce Lightning in the financial industry.
- Proficiency in APEX, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Basic knowledge of integrating Salesforce with third-party vendors, API integration, and RESTful services.
- Expertise in programming, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Solid knowledge of databases, including SQL and SOQL.
- Understanding of DevOps best practices, including version control, CICD tools, and Salesforce DX.
- Familiarity with the full development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Apex test classes and scripts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Range: $70 - $80 on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
