What You\'ll Be Doing- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement repairs.
- Maintain production machinery and facility systems.
- Work independently to prioritize maintenance needs.
- Document repairs and communicate equipment issues between shifts.
- Support equipment startups, changeovers, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO).
What We\'re Looking For- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a dependable work ethic.
- Experience with PLCs, automated production equipment, or CMMS is a plus.
Physical Requirements- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights when necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally with assistance.
- Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
