Product Owner with UX experiance

We have an immediate opening for a UX Product Owner with 5+ years of experience, specifically focused on signing off on front-end user stories within Agile environments.

Role Overview

The UX Product Owner will play a key role in organizing digital experience project requirements, coordinating design deliverables, managing reviews and approvals, and handling handoff to IT. This person will be an active member of Agile development teams and responsible for front-end user story signoff, UAT signoff, and production release approvals.

This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented and organized who wants to grow further in UX and large technical project environments while contributing to impactful digital experiences for internal and external users.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and organize requirements by working closely with business stakeholders and IT partners
• Coordinate timelines and set up design review sessions with internal teams and stakeholders
• Participate in daily stand-ups, backlog grooming sessions, and technical discussions
• Provide signoff on front-end user stories, UAT, and production releases
• Maintain documentation including project trackers, proposal/demo decks, Jira updates, and defect logging

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree
• 5+ years of experience in a UX/Product Owner capacity
• Experience managing cross-functional, collaborative projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Agile or UX certification is a strong plus
