Summary
Test Engineer
Location: Waukesha, WI (onsite only, no remote)
Duration: 1 year
Responsibilities
- Setup and configure Test Equipment
- Perform dry runs and formal Verification activities, typically this means executing pre-defined Test Procedures
- Verification and validation testing
- Execute system test protocols
- Update Design Verification Test Procedures
- Perform dry runs for formal Usability test activities
- Investigate and report issues
- Support of bug fixes and issues reported
- Post release support for the Application
- Support technical issue investigations
- Record and close defects found during test activities
- Running scripts, evaluation of test results, reporting and troubleshooting issues
- Execute design verification activities using systems engineering management tools such as ALM and JAMA
- Install, set up, calibrate the devices under test
- Suggest improvement opportunities, LEAN processes
- Process excellence by incorporating industry trends to streamline and improve the processes
- Below will be plus
o Proficiency in Python, PowerShell/Bash, or TypeScript/JavaScript.
o Hands-on experience with UI/API test automation
o (Squish/Selenium/Playwright/Cypress/Robot Framework)
