Summary

Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, analyze business data, and contribute to improving processes while gaining hands-on experience.

What You'll Do:-

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, IT, and operations
Evaluate existing business processes and recommend optimization strategies
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-making
Support project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery
Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for new initiatives
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
Ensure solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable value.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate deliverables.
Maintain proper documentation of processes, requirements, and solutions.
