Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience with Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows
5+ years of overall development experience, including 2+ years in Salesforce
Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
Strong solution design, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred: Experience with HIPAA compliance and Protected Health Information (PHI).
The role focuses on building and enhancing Salesforce solutions to improve customer service and healthcare product experiences.
