Remote Project Coordinator (Telecom)
TEKsystems is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a fast-paced team driving telecom and infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and takes pride in keeping projects organized and on track.
This resource can work 100% remotely, supporting typical daytime business hours in the Alaska Time Zone, Monday through Friday.
What You'll Do
Coordinate project activities including materials, inventory, and workflow tracking
Maintain and update project documentation (schedules, drawings, permits, charters, etc.)
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and operational issues
Partner with engineering, site acquisition teams, contractors, and vendors to meet timelines
Track circuit orders, purchase orders, and materials delivery
Ensure regulatory and company compliance across project documentation
Audit and validate site and project data
Support administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and documentation
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in project coordination, construction, telecom, inventory/warehouse, or related field
At least 1 year working in a professional office environment
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
Self-motivated with a drive to learn and grow
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred
Nice to Have
Telecom Industry certifications
Experience with project tracking systems and data validation
Background supporting telecom or infrastructure projects

This is a Contract position based out of Anchorage, AK.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
