Overview :

Finance, Legal and Privacy (FLP) Tech team in the CTREC organization as a Data Product Manager focused on supporting enterprise-scale finance data initiatives. The FLP Tech team is executing on a multi-year roadmap to modernize forecasting, streamline fi nancial reporting, and enable AI-driven insights. We’re seeking a customer-obsessed, data-savvy product manager to support delivery across key data programs in FY26.

This is a contract role ideal for someone who blends strong analytical skills with product intuition and is energized by driving clarity across complex, cross-functional efforts.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with product and engineering teams to defi ne and document requirements for initiatives such as data governance, semantic layer development, and natural language querying (NLQ).
• Conduct user research (FMHs, interviews) to uncover internal fi nance user journeys, identify pain points, and translate insights into roadmap priorities and product direction.
• Support delivery execution for cross-functional projects, including the scaling of forecasting transformation and AI-powered reporting capabilities.
• Translate fi nance business needs into clear product artifacts (problem statements, user stories, success metrics) that guide engineering and design teams.
• Drive adoption of self-serve and AI-fi rst capabilities by shaping intuitive experiences grounded in standardized fi nance data
• Collaborate across teams, including Finance Ops, Data Engineering, and AI/ML partners to ensure consistent understanding of data assets and intended use.

What we will be looking 

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, data analytics, or related roles
• Solid SQL proficiency and experience working with enterprise data models
• Experience with dashboarding or reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Exceptional verbal communication skills; able to drive alignment across technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to support cross-functional teams in ambiguous or fast-moving environments
• A customer-fi rst mindset and a strong bias toward execution

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with fi nance data concepts or prior experience supporting Finance and FP&A teams
• Experience with AI/ML-driven analytics and semantic layer architecture
• Exposure to enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowfl ake, Superglue, Databricks, Qlik)"
