Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Callidus ICM / Commissions Consultant to support SAP Callidus Commissions implementation and configuration activities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP Callidus, Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), commission configuration, SQL, database design, workflow, and SDLC processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure applications within the SAP Callidus platform based on business and technical requirements.
- Translate business requirements into appropriate SAP CallidICM processes and solutions.
- Design and configure Workflow User Interfaces.
- Configure and maintain compensation rules and underlying attribute mappings.
- Work hands-on with Callidus Commissions, SQL, and database table design.
- Apply knowledge of SAP Commissions backend database tables.
- Own assigned deliverables throughout various phases of the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.
- Configure applications according to approved design specifications.
- Provide SIT and UAT support for assigned deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and configuration issues.
- Apply knowledge of Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Incentive Compensation concepts and best practices.
- Work closely with clients, project leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Communicate effectively with clients, leadership, and project team members.
- Follow established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and project priorities.
- Share technical knowledge and best practices with team members.
