Conversion Analyst (Implementation) HP Nonstop DBA

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

Experience: 3–5+ years in Banking Operations, Payment Switch Implementation (Connex, IST/Switch, Base24), or Data Migration projects.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and validation.
• Familiarity with Mainframe (z/OS) or Tandem/HP NonStop environments (often used for P1D/Connex).
• Experience with file mapping tools and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for large dataset comparison.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), ISO 8583 messaging, ATM/POS transaction flows, and Card Management Systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail for documenting minute rule variations; ability to work under pressure during cutover windows (nights/weekends).

Preferred Knowledge

• Specific experience with FIS Connex, Cortex, or Systematics (ALS/IM) platforms.
• Prior involvement in data center migrations (e.g., exiting Norcross/Little Rock facilities).
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS) requirements during data transfer

Must have skillsets:

• Good experience in Tandem/HP Nonstop payment platforms, including EFT, POS, ATM, EMV, ACH, and SWIFT, along with PCI/DSS
• Understanding of EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), ISO 8583 messaging, ATM/POS transaction flows, and Card Management Systems
• Domain expertise- 3–5+ years in Banking Operations, Payment Switch Implementation (Connex, IST/Switch, Base24), or Data Migration projects
