Job : System Administrator (Desktop Support Technician)
Location: Harrisburg, PA,USA
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot Windows and Mac operating systems
Support O365 and COTS/in-house applications
Install, configure, and test Wi-Fi, VPN, VDI
Desktop/laptop imaging using SCCM
Hardware setup (desktops, printers, scanners, video equipment)
Printer configuration and troubleshooting
Maintain network connectivity and local printing
Provide remote support using remote-control tools
Assist with conference room video technology
Coordinate vendor onsite repairs
Manage Active Directory accounts (create/modify/reset passwords)
Manage distribution lists
Use CUPSS for user provisioning
Deploy hardware and software
Support basic networking issues
Research and recommend modern technologies
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow or asset management systems
Expert knowledge of Windows OS
Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365
Active Directory administration (user accounts, distribution lists, password resets)
SCCM imaging
VPN setup and troubleshooting
VDI support
Desktop hardware troubleshooting
Printer & scanner support
Wireless workstation setup
Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
Strong customer service & communication skills
Ability to work independently and in team environment
Ability to work under pressure
Good organizational skills
