Staff-Level Java/AWS Engineer who can design large-scale systems, lead technical strategy, influence cross-functional teams, build and own cloud-native solutions, drive high engineering standards, and ensure quality, performance, and operational excellence.

A Staff-level Java/Spring backend engineer with deep cloud (AWS preferred) and distributed systems experience, strong microservices + event-driven chops, working knowledge of React/Angular, solid Docker/Kubernetes, mature CI/CD & SDLC practices, observability/ops experience, and ideally a FinTech/payments background.
