Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Owner with a strong technical background in modern web technologies and product management. This role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation while leading the development of scalable, high-quality software products.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical understanding of JavaScript-based applications (Angular or React.js), Node.js, Python, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or SQL. In addition to product ownership responsibilities, the candidate should be capable of working closely with engineering teams to guide architecture decisions, prioritize product features, and ensure successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into clear product features, epics, and user stories.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure maximum business value delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, success metrics, and release plans.

Technical Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering teams to guide product development for applications built using Angular or React.js, Node.js, and Python.
• Participate in technical discussions related to system architecture, integrations, APIs, and data management.
• Ensure the product design supports scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Agile Delivery

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demonstrations.
• Ensure product increments meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement in Agile product delivery processes.

Data & Platform Integration

• Guide development of systems utilizing PostgreSQL or SQL databases.
• Ensure product solutions integrate effectively with existing systems and data platforms.
• Work with teams to define APIs, data models, and service architecture where required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth product development cycles.
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables.
• Monitor product performance and incorporate feedback to drive enhancements.
  
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• 10+ years of professional experience in software product development or product management.
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or Product Manager in technology-driven environments.
• Strong experience working with JavaScript-based products and modern web application architectures.

• Solid understanding of Angular or React.js front-end frameworks.
• Experience with Node.js and Python-based backend services.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or SQL databases.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based platforms.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
• Experience in life sciences or healthcare environments is required
