Job Description:
JOB TITLE: Fullstack AI Software Development Engineer
DURATION: 12 MONTHS
LOCATION: REMOTE
PAY RATE: $44 - $54 HOURLY
Job Description:
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer in enterprise-grade applications
Experience writing unit and integration tests.
Proficient with React.js and building component-based frontend UIs
Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum teams on global delivery models
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural, distributed team
Experience working with Git
Experience working production project with Python and TypeScript
Familiarity with CI/CD for cloud
Experience / Familiarity with GenAI Model Providers like OpenAI API, Databricks or related
Experience with Enterprise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Experience with Enterprise Agentic AI Workflows
Backend (Python, Node.js+TypeScript, backend experience has preference over frontend):
Deep understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and software design patterns
Use of frameworks like NextJS and Cypress
5+ years of experience with SQL queries (desirable PostgreSQL)
Authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth)
Error handling and data validation
Strong proficiency in TypeScript (with emphasis on backend development) and Python
Frontend (React+TypeScript):
Proven experience with React.js
Knowledge of webpackers such as Webpack and Babel
State management (Zustand, React Query)
Frontend testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
