D365 Business Central Consultant (2-3 Days in office every week)

Required Experience

5+ years of hands on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (functional plus technical).
Strong background in accounting and finance processes within BC (GL, AP, AR, bank rec, inventory costing, posting groups).
Proven experience stabilizing or re implementing Business Central after failed or incomplete implementations.
Ability to diagnose posting errors, misconfigurations, workflow failures, and data integrity issues.
Solid reporting experience using Account Schedules, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
Excellent communication skills, especially with non technical accounting teams.
Experience training internal IT and business users.
