Summary

Requirements
  • 5 or more years of experience in enterprise desktop support and system administration.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise desktop administration.
  • Experience in SCCM for system configuration, software deployment, and patching.
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms including Microsoft Intune or Airwatch.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Object (GPO) administration.
  • Experience in network endpoint troubleshooting and connectivity for distribution switches.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead the administration, planning, and installation of computer hardware and software systems.
  • Manage system configuration updates and software deployments using SCCM and Active Directory.
  • Resolve connectivity issues between network endpoint devices and distribution switches.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of mobile devices using Intune or Airwatch management tools.
  • Monitor and mitigate cybersecurity threats including ransomware, trojans, and logic bombs.
  • Conduct regional hardware inventory audits and equipment maintenance using Lansweeper.
  • Develop technical user documentation and facilitate formal knowledge transfer training sessions.
