BlackRock Resources is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an exciting opportunity in the Auburn, Alabama, area. This is a great role for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and a passion for driving reliability and team performance in a manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

Lead daily maintenance operations, ensuring fast response to breakdowns and efficient work order completion
Plan and oversee preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and support production goals
Supervise and develop a team of 10-20 maintenance professionals
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (OSHA, USDA)

What We're Looking For:

3-6 years of maintenance experience (including 2+ years in a leadership role)
Technical education (engineering, electronics, or related field preferred)
Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, refrigeration, and mechanical systems
Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
Proven leadership, communication, and project management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
