IT Specialist - (SAP ERP)

We are seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist with proven SAP ERP experience to provide technical support to internal users and actively contribute to technology innovation projects under the Corporate IT Manager. The ideal candidate combines strong troubleshooting skills, SAP configuration/support expertise, and project execution ability in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support for hardware, software, network, and business applications; manage tickets and ensure fast, high-quality resolution.
• Diagnose, configure, support, and troubleshoot SAP ERP environments and integrations (including SAP Cloud Platform Integration/CPI).
• Assist the Corporate IT Manager with technology innovation and implementation projects from planning through go-live and post-implementation support.
• Deliver SAP end-user training and produce documentation and best-practice guides.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and preventive care for workstations, servers, and network devices.
• Monitor system performance and respond promptly to outages or security events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to implement new systems or process changes.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals and security standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, IT security standards, background checks, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant IT experience in corporate or similar environments.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on SAP ERP experience required; experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP CPI strongly preferred. Configuration, support, and troubleshooting experience mandatory.
• Experience with data and field mapping for integrations and interfaces.
• Strong Windows OS and Office 365 skills.
• Familiarity with ERP integrations, structured sales and logistics processes, and basic network management (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and customer-service skills; able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with Prophet 21/Epicor is a plus.

Other Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be eligible for security clearance; role requires background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% for onboarding/training and periodic business needs (may include corporate office in Europe).
• This position is in-person at the company site.
