Role: Java Full Stack Developer – AI/ML, Legal & CLM (Conga)
Location:Santa Clara, CA / Dallas, TX
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern frontend technologies.
- Develop robust backend services and microservices while ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with business, legal, and product teams to understand requirements related to Legal Technology and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
- Integrate enterprise applications with CLM platforms such as Conga, with CPG/Conga experience considered a plus.
- Work with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent automation, machine learning, and AI capabilities into business applications.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate applications with third-party and enterprise systems.
- Participate in application design, coding, unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and production support.
- Collaborate with QA/QE teams to develop test cases, support UAT, and resolve defects to ensure high-quality releases.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions.
- Follow Agile development practices, CI/CD, cloud technologies, and DevOps best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
