The role focuses on requirements gathering, form design, business rules development, and documentation, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and quality delivery. Excellent communication skills and insurance domain experience are essential

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in requirements gathering, analysis, and validation with business stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrating a proactive can-do attitude to meet project milestones
• Author functional design documents, forms specifications, and requirements documentation
• Partner with technical teams on solution strategy and rollout planning
• Develop and document branding and style guidelines for forms
• Design and specify forms, including mapping logic, templates, and layouts
• Document forms processing, policy assembly requirements, output rules, and workflow sequencing
• Analyse form exceptions to enable automation or define manual workflows
• Support usability and UX enhancements to ensure branding and design consistency
• Work closely with SMEs, business users, and support Dev/QA teams
• Contribute to post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Proactively learn OpenText Exstream modules and industry-specific solutions
• Maintain continuous professional and technical development
• Collaborate with developers to create reusable requirements and design documentation
• Support development and testing activities within an Agile/Scrum environment

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Client-focused mindset with a positive service attitude
• Experience in reverse-engineering and documenting DocuMerge CSF templates
• Strong technical expertise in:
  • OpenText Exstream
  • XML / XSD Schema
