Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Test Engineering Co-Op to join our Test Team located in Danvers, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engineering tests for product development and quality engineering projects
• Collaborate with product development teams to design and execute test plans for design verification or early-stage feasibility studies
• Design and/or qualify engineering test fixtures
• Document engineering test protocols and reports
• Engage in failure investigations and remediation efforts

Requirements:

• Available full time on site: July 13, 2026 - December 18, 2026
• Currently enrolled at an accredited college/institution pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical, plastics, biomedical engineering or related fields
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and work as a reliable team player.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$23.00/hr to $51.50/hr

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension).
