Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst I to support civil rights, regulatory compliance, and employee programs. This entry-level role assists in ensuring organizational compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to EEO, ADA, Title VI, DBE, and Drug & Alcohol Testing programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance, HR, or regulatory environments with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support compliance programs including ADA, DBE, DEI, EEO, FEHA, Title VI, and Drug & Alcohol Testing
  • Coordinate and conduct pre-employment, random, post-accident, follow-up, and reasonable suspicion testing
  • Maintain records, documentation, and compliance files
  • Assist in preparing policies, procedures, and training materials
  • Gather data and prepare reports for management and audits
  • Coordinate with internal teams for compliance activities
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Handle special compliance-related projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience in compliance, HR, or regulated environments
  • Experience working with federal, state, or local regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of DOT/FTA regulations
  • Familiarity with ADA, Title VI, EEO, or HR compliance
  • Experience in employee training or audits
  • Flexible schedule availability when needed
