Genesis10 is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Lead - Onsite position with a Major Financial Institution located in Dallas, TX or Strongsville, OH. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. Operating in a global delivery model, this role brings strategic direction to testing and acts as the subject matter expert for both the quality discipline and a line of business domain. The ideal candidate will lead the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life-cycle, coordinate test strategy, and ensure quality is a core area of focus early in the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities: - Bring strategic direction to testing and act as the subject matter expert for the quality discipline and line of business domains
- Lead the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life-cycle to ensure appropriate sign off and prioritization of testing work
- Coordinate test strategy, scripting, and defect resolution
- Ensure early engagement with internal partners and proactive planning to ensure quality is a core area of focus
- Take accountability for quality standards in the development, implementation, and upkeep of test scripts and opportunities for automation

Pay range: $46.03 - $54.03 per hour
