Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead with strong expertise in .NET application development and support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-level applications within a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and contribute to full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setup
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and best practices
• Participate in production support and incident resolution

Required Skills (Top 3):
• .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
• React.js
• Database technologies (SQL Server or similar)

Required Experience:
• 6+ years of experience in .NET development (C# / ASP.NET / .NET Core)
• 6+ years of experience working with React.js
• Strong experience building and consuming Web APIs
• Experience in Agile development methodologies
• Solid understanding of database design and queries
