Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CRM Data Migration Specialist to lead the end-to-end transition of our customer data and business processes from Salesforce CRM to Zoho CRM.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in both Salesforce and Zoho data models, ensuring zero data loss, exact relationship mapping, and recreation of vital automation logic.
Responsibilities:
Migration Strategy & Planning: Conduct comprehensive audits of our existing Salesforce environment (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, Opportunities, and Custom Objects).
Design a structured, low-downtime data migration roadmap.
Data Cleansing & Extraction: Extract, standardize, and cleanse Salesforce datasets.
Remove duplicates, resolve discrepancies, and prepare structured CSVs or API-ready payloads.
Data Mapping & Loading: Execute bulk data imports into Zoho CRM using native migration tools.
Accurately map Salesforce standard/custom fields to corresponding Zoho CRM modules.
Automation & Workflow Rebuilding: Rebuild critical business logic such as lead assignment rules, email triggers, and pipeline workflows since native Salesforce logic does not automatically translate to Zoho.
Validation & Testing: Perform rigorous post-migration data quality checks.
Reconcile record counts, cross-reference data formats, and ensure metadata attachments are not lost.
Team Enablement: Provide training and support for sales and admin staff to ensure high user adoption of the new Zoho CRM environment.
Technical RequirementsPlatform Expertise: Proven track record of executing Salesforce to Zoho
migrations. Familiarity with Zoho CRM Migration Tools and Salesforce data export methodologies.
Data Extraction & Transformation: Strong proficiency in manipulating large datasets using Excel, CSVs, and SQL.
Integration Familiarity: Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and the ability to link CRM data with external marketing automation or ERP tools.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot data migration fallouts, mapping errors, and lookup field limitations.
Qualifications & Soft SkillsBachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3 to 7+ years of dedicated experience in CRM data migration, with specific emphasis on Salesforce environments.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to report on project milestones.
Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Data Architecture and Management Designer) or Zoho Administrator certifications are a major plus.
