Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration and execution of enterprise ERG programs, including annual planning, communications, budgets, events, resources, and participation analytics.
  • Partner with ERG leaders to deliver programs that strengthen employee connection, belonging, professional development, and cultural awareness.
  • Manage site engagement programs and local culture-building activities that create meaningful opportunities for employees to connect and collaborate.
  • Coordinate employee experience initiatives across key moments in the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, recognition, engagement, and community involvement.
  • Develop and execute employee events, volunteer initiatives, recognition programs, and other experiences that reinforce company culture and values.
  • Partner with universities and internal teams to support internship recruiting, coordinate onboarding activities, and deliver intern engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with Internal Communications and HR partners to develop communications that increase program awareness, participation, and engagement.
  • Monitor participation, feedback, and engagement trends to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain program governance, documentation, calendars, budgets, vendor relationships, and reporting to support operational excellence.
  • Provide insights and recommendations that enhance employee engagement, strengthen inclusion efforts, and improve the overall employee experience.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with a Human Resources emphasis or Undergraduate degree with an active HR certification via SHRM or HRCI.
  • 3+ years of experience in employee engagement programs and initiatives, HR program management, communications, or community-building programs.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Experience supporting employee resource groups, employee communities, internship programs, or culture-focused initiatives is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze feedback and participation data, identify trends, and recommend program improvements is required.
