Pay Range: $80/hr - $85/hour .Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to program and project leadership to clarify outcomes, define success metrics, and establish OKRs and KPIs that drive adoption and measurable value, complementing project execution
- Conduct assessments to evaluate stakeholder impacts, adoption risks, and organizational capacity
- Develop comprehensive change and adoption plans tailored to each program s scope, culture, and complexity
- Lead the execution of change interventions and adoption tactics in partnership with program teams
- Identify gaps in delivery clarity and facilitate structured planning to align stakeholders on scope, outcomes, and responsibilities
- Collaborate with other TMO team members to drive other value realization efforts such as OKRs and KPIs
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

- Change Management Certification
- Ability to Work in Ambiguity & Complex Environments
- Experience delivering end-to-end change management support, including developing and executing comprehensive change management plans from project kickoff through close
- Change management certification from an accredited institution (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, Kotter)
- Demonstrated accountability for defining, tracking, and delivering OKRs, KPIs, or other measurable adoption and business outcomes
- Strong facilitation, communication, and executive stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving program needs
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the path forward isn t always clear
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to partner effectively with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Management consulting experience
- Training and learning content development experience
- Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks
- 6+ years of professional experience, including leading organizational change efforts for complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups
