JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Agile Leadership & Coaching
Serve as a trusted Agile advisor and coach for leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams.
Promote Agile values, principles, servant leadership, and Lean thinking across the organization.
Develop Agile maturity through coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and training.
Guide teams toward self-organization, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Foster psychological safety, trust, transparency, and collaboration.
Team Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement
Facilitate retrospectives and improvement workshops.
Help teams identify root causes of recurring challenges and implement sustainable improvements.
Coach teams on metrics, flow optimization, and delivery predictability.
Encourage experimentation and learning through Inspect & Adapt practices.
Support development of high-performing teams and healthy team dynamics.
Agile Framework & Process Enablement
Establish and standardize Agile practices across teams.
Support Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:
Sprint Planning
Daily Standups
Sprint Reviews
Retrospectives
Scrum of Scrums
PI Planning
Inspect & Adapt Workshops
Ensure consistent execution of Agile processes and governance.
Organizational Agility
Partner with leaders to identify and remove organizational impediments.
Support Agile transformation initiatives and cultural change efforts.
Help establish Agile operating models, roles, and responsibilities.
Promote alignment between strategy, priorities, and execution.
Coach leaders on servant leadership and outcome-focused management approaches.
Value Delivery & Flow Optimization
Improve visibility into work prioritization and delivery flow.
Support dependency management across teams.
Guide backlog refinement and value-driven planning.
Help teams achieve greater predictability through planning and measurement.
Encourage focus on customer and business outcomes rather than activity completion.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BE WORKING ON
This role serves as an Agile Coach, leading and facilitating the SAFe transformation across the MSA department and Global Initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Equivalent Agile transformation experience may be considered.
Experience
5+ years applying Agile methodologies in product, project, or delivery environments.
3+ years coaching Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, or organizational leaders.
Experience facilitating workshops and driving organizational change.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
