5+ years of cost accounting experience within the manufacturing industry.
Advanced Excel skills and strong costing knowledge with the ability to lead and implement new costing systems.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with JDE, Hyperion, or SmartView (trainable if not already skilled).
Stable work history with demonstrated long-term tenure.
