Required Qualifications

  • -Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • -1 2 years of experience in project coordination, technical project management, or engineering operations support
  • -Comfort working in a technical environment alongside software and systems engineering teams
  • -Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and at least one project or issue-tracking tool (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
  • Experience supporting software development, DevOps, or IT infrastructure projects
  • Exposure to ITSM frameworks (ITIL) or change management processes
  • PMP, CAPM, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus
