Job Title: Data Analyst / Data Scientist
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Local Candidates Preferred)
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large and complex datasets to generate business and operational insights.
Build, validate, and optimize predictive and machine learning models.
Develop data pipelines, perform data wrangling, cleansing, and exploratory analysis using Python.
Work on AI/ML use cases involving Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and LangChain.
Create dashboards, reports, and data-driven recommendations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable data science solutions.
Support model deployment, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:
Strong experience in Data Science and Data Analytics
Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)
Hands-on experience with AI/ML, including RAG, LLMs, LangChain, or related GenAI frameworks
Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
