AWS AI Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of an AWS AI Engineer in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
* Lead AI engineering initiatives, owning end-to-end solution delivery
* Promote technical integrity and transparency throughout the development lifecycle
* Partner directly with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business needs
* Design, develop, test, and deploy AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock and AWS services
* Identify and implement opportunities to integrate AI into existing applications and workflows
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-impact solutions
* Apply best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance
* Produce AI Center of Excellence documentation and artifacts for knowledge transfer and audit compliance
* Contribute to collaborative development using version control and CI/CD pipelines

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
* 3-5 years of experience in application development and AI/ML solution implementation
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock and related AWS services
* Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, model deployment, and optimization techniques
* Experience integrating AI solutions into complex application architectures
* Proficiency in React and TypeScript for building AI-powered user interfaces
* Experience designing intuitive and user-centered UI/UX for AI applications
* Comfortable working with cloud-based version control systems and CI/CD pipelines

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
