Summary
The resource will be responsible for developing test plans, writing and executing test cases, supporting UAT, logging and tracking defects in ServiceNow, and validating end-to-end ServiceNow workflows focused on ITSM, HAM, CMDB/Discovery, Portal, and related integration. The ideal candidate has strong ServiceNow platform knowledge, disciplined QA reporting, and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to validate requirements, workflows, security roles, and release readiness.
6-10+ years as a tester with 4-6 years minimum in ServiceNow
Must-have:
- ServiceNow QA experience
- ITSM testing experience
- ServiceNow test management
- Strong defect documentation
- UAT support experience
- End-to-end workflow testing
- Role/security testing
- Good communication with development team and business stakeholders
Preferred
- CSM, HRSD, SPM, HAM, CMDB experience
- ServiceNow ATF
- Government/public-sector implementation experience
- Cherwell-to-ServiceNow migration experience
- Integration/API testing
