Apple's Platform Architecture group is seeking an experienced systems engineer, who will support our current, as well as develop new hardware/software interface technologies for chip development and verification. You will work with and support our world leading silicon engineering teams on next generation chips, which end up in the hands of millions of users worldwide.

BS degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.\nExperience programming in C/C++. \nThreading/concurrency experience.\nExperience with scripting skills such as, Python, Lua, etc.\nExperience with debugging skills in software.

10 years relevant industry experience.\nBackground in both software and hardware engineering.\nExcellent skills in SystemVerilog / VHDL, and associated tools.\nFPGA design experience.\nKnowledge of industry standard protocols (PCI, AXI, etc.).\nExperience with internal customer support.\nExcellent communication, analytical and documentation skills.
