Tasks also involve maintaining web forms, business rules, KPI calculations, and data reconciliations, as well as managing process communications and supporting end users. Assess and develop impact analyses for business and configuration changes, including metadata management and quarterly security reviews for end users. Contribute to application process improvements by gathering user feedback, planning business requirements sessions, developing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans for major system enhancements, and collaborating with the Data & Analytics team to resolve performance issues. Lead training sessions for new business users to help them understand system functionalities.
  • Provide project support for financial planning processes and systems. Assist the Financial Planning & Systems Lead in designing the next generation planning system, which includes conducting workshops with FP&A and Data & Analytics teams, compiling business requirements, and testing solutions in stage environments. Represent FP&A team interests in projects managed by Accounting and Data & Analytics that affect downstream systems.
  • Provide ad hoc support to other team members in the Corporate Finance department, including assistance with routine deliverables such as data validation, forecast reporting packages, and monthly reports.
