Job Description

AI is central to our long-term growth, and you can help shape how it shows up for advisors and clients across the firm. You'll partner directly with financial advisors and teams to turn real pain points into practical AI capabilities. You'll grow your product craft and technical edge while working with technologists, designers, and business stakeholders. As an AI Product Associate for the Advisor Platforms and Experience AI team, you will work alongside financial advisors to understand their day-to-day workflows and identify where AI can help. You will build and ship capabilities for our AI assistant, sometimes hands-on using AI coding tools and sometimes in close partnership with technology and design teams. You will test ideas with users early and use feedback and data to decide what moves forward. You will ensure what we deliver aligns to broader business strategy while meeting today's ever-changing needs.

  • Ensure delivered capabilities align with broader business strategy and meet today's ever-changing needs
  • Track usage, feedback, and business impact after launch
  • Support rollout, training, and communications for new capabilities across the field and home office
  • Prepare updates and materials for senior leadership
  • Stay current on developments in AI and wealth management
