The Opportunity

A senior Enterprise Program Architect is needed to shape and steer full lifecycle digital marketing and customer experience solutions built on the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. Success in this seat calls for deep architectural command, sharp business judgment, and a track record of steering large-scale enterprise transformations across omnichannel environments.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable hands-on experience
• 10+ years across IT overall
• 5+ years of Adobe Experience Cloud work spanning practitioner, developer, and architect roles
• Demonstrated success owning Adobe Experience Cloud rollouts from start to finish
• Command of both functional and non-functional requirement definition
• Strong depth across the Adobe Experience Cloud stack: AEM Sites & AEM Assets, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Real-Time CDP / AEP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, and Workfront
• Solid grasp of omnichannel digital marketing platforms, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Content Management Systems (CMS/WCM), plus eCommerce and CRM integrations
• Hands-on AEM strength (6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service): Templates, Components, Workflows, MSM, I18N, Tagging, Translation, Search, CRX, and Apache Sling
• Proficiency with Java/J2EE, OOP, and design patterns; Java frameworks such as Spring and Struts; UML modeling (Use Case, Sequence, Deployment, and more); and Adobe security models and SSO

Strategy & Architecture

• Craft digital marketing platform strategies powered by Adobe Marketing/Experience Cloud
• Own enterprise architecture and solution design for intricate digital ecosystems
• Shape and roll out multi-solution architecture spanning Adobe platforms and connected systems
• Build technology roadmaps that track directly to business goals and transformation targets

Stakeholders & Discovery

• Partner with C-level and VP-level leaders, converting business objectives into technology solutions that scale
• Run discovery workshops to capture, examine, and unify business and technical requirements
• Back pre-sales and sales motions through solutioning and presentations

Delivery & Experience

• Drive digital marketing and content strategy, spanning CXM/CMS/WCM solutions
• Guide distributed onshore, offshore, and nearshore delivery teams
• Stand up best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets - templates, whitepapers, and methodologies
• Deliver data-driven solutions that fold in analytics and customer behavioral models
• Advise on UI/UX direction and customer experience optimization
• Keep solutions aligned to where the industry is heading: omnichannel marketing, personalization, and CDP adoption
