Summary

Our client, a leader in industrial equipment and service solutions, is seeking a Electromechanical Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a Electromechanical Field Service Engineer, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting field service operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to project management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Electromechanical Field Service Engineer

Location: Mendota Heights, MN

Pay Range: $40 to $55 p/h on w-2
Duration: 12 month contract
Travel: 22 weeks a year

What's the Job?

  • Lead and coordinate field service projects ensuring timely and efficient completion
  • Support troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial equipment at customer sites
  • Manage communication with clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment
  • Oversee travel logistics and schedule for field technicians and yourself
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and lab testing activities

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and mechanical hardware
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and travel schedules effectively
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial inkjet printers and production line equipment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 22 weeks per year across the U.S., by air
