Job DescriptionThe Enabling Solutions Team within the Delivery Team Organization is responsible for high-visibility and complex projects that require "out-of-the-box" solutions that uncover better insights, improved applications, and deliver exceptional products and services.
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for turning a "never-before-been-done" problem into an innovative solution. This role works closely with Customers, IT, Product, Delivery, Sales, and Solutions teams to understand business needs and requirements, and uses a variety of specialized programming languages such as R, SQL, and Python.
Qualified individuals must be able to embrace, learn, and use home-grown tools and open-source software to support daily development activity.
Responsibilities- Primary role is to support DaaS/Digital Marketplace product deployments, support, and customizations per customer requirements
- Support automated monthly uploads and refreshes to the Google Marketplace platform
- Troubleshoot issues with initial configuration and data set publishing to Google Marketplace, AWS, and Snowflake
- Execute administrative tasks such as creating buckets/views for new products and customer shares on Google Marketplace and Google Cloud
- Establish automated quality control (QC) for new product data set transfers to Google Marketplace, AWS, and Snowflake platforms
- Create and install new product configurations on Google, AWS, and Snowflake cloud platforms
- Design, estimate, and build custom applications and solutions
- Meet with customers to gather and understand requirements
- Manage multiple large databases
- Define populations and variables, perform analysis, and present analysis findings
- Administer and maintain analytical environments
- Provide mentoring and support
- Lead and develop a repeatable framework enabling automation across DaaS delivery channels (Snowflake, AWS, Google)
- Work collaboratively within a team of software professionals
- Effectively handle multiple tasks and projects

Technical Skills- 3-5 years of relational database experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery)
- Strong knowledge of programming and scripting languages (Python, SQL)
- Google Cloud environment experience and/or certification
- Cloud computing and SaaS (Software as a Service) experience
- Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, GitHub)
- Strong Unix/Linux experience
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with batch processing applications
- Experience with file manipulation and multiple file types (Binary, Fixed Block, Delimited, XML)
- Preferred experience with Big Data analytics (Hadoop, Greenplum, BigQuery)
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
- Cloud computing knowledge and experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred
- Google Cloud certifications are a plus
