Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Information and Standards Senior Project Manager (ISSPM) to lead Medicaid-related initiatives while serving as the Information and Standards Manager (ISM) for a key contract. This hybrid role blends traditional project management with oversight of data governance and compliance with MITA, MECT, and agency standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT project delivery and a deep understanding of Medicaid systems and data standards.

Your role in our mission

  • Serve as the Information and Standards Manager (ISM), defining and enforcing data/information standards across all vendor-responsible areas.
  • Lead and manage medium to large-scale healthcare IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on data governance, standards compliance, and interface documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to MITA, MECT, and agency-defined standards; provide metrics reports as requested.
  • Support project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Contribute to broader project management efforts when ISM-specific tasks are not active.


What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in system design, development, and maintenance with increasing responsibility.
  • 6+ years of experience managing complex projects through the full lifecycle.
  • 3+ years of Medicaid or Medicare experience.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and healthcare IT compliance frameworks (MITA, MECT).
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

The pay range for this position is $86,000 - $124,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
