Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant to support Project SAP transformation initiative. The consultant will lead Service Management workstreams, provide advisory guidance, and deliver end-to-end SAP Service Management solutions aligned with business objectives.
Description:
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management solutions.
Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and develop functional designs and solution roadmaps.
Configure and support Service Order Management, Service Contracts, Warranty Management, Field Service Management, Resource Scheduling, and Service Parts Management.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
Lead functional teams and drive successful project delivery.
Requirements:
8+ years of SAP Service Management experience.
3+ full lifecycle SAP Service Management implementations with hands-on configuration experience.
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service Management processes and best practices.
Experience leading functional workstreams and managing teams of 10+ resources.
Experience supporting Products and Consumer Goods clients.
Prior consulting/advisory experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
SAP S/4HANA certification preferred.
Experience with SAP Field Service solutions and business process transformation is a plus.
