Position: Tosca DI Architect

Job Summary
We are seeking a Tosca DI Architect with deep expertise in Tricentis Tosca Data Integrity (DI) to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale data integrity and validation solutions for Elevance Health. The ideal candidate should have strong architecture and solution design experience and a proven track record of delivering Tosca DI implementations.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Tricentis Tosca Data Integrity (DI) solutions.
· Define best practices and frameworks for enterprise data validation and reconciliation.
· Collaborate with business, data engineering, QA, and application teams to understand data validation requirements.
· Provide technical leadership, solution governance, and design reviews.
· Guide engineering teams in implementing scalable and reusable Tosca DI solutions.
· Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production readiness.
Required Qualifications
· 8+ years of experience in QA/Test Automation/Data Validation.
· Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca Data Integrity (DI).
· Must have successfully delivered at least 2 end-to-end Tosca DI implementation projects.
· Strong understanding of data reconciliation, ETL testing, and data quality validation.
· Excellent SQL and database knowledge.
· Experience working with enterprise data platforms and integration technologies.
· Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Healthcare or Health Insurance domain experience is preferred.
· Experience with Tricentis Tosca Automation Suite is a plus.
· Experience working in Agile environments.
