Business Analyst - ERP is responsible for supporting and evolving the organization's
JD Edwards (JDE) ERP environment, ensuring system functionality aligns with business requirements and long-term technical strategy. This role partners closely with business and technical teams to design solutions, document processes, resolve issues, and recommend system improvements.
This is a senior-level role requiring deep ERP expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Support ERP systems with a strong focus on aligning application functionality to business needs
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across the ERP environment and related integrations
- Design and document the ERP technical roadmap and system architecture
- Identify issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend sustainable solutions
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Design and improve business processes using industry best practices
- Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and standards
- Work across multiple JD Edwards modules
- Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to end users and stakeholders
- Assist with implementation and support of enterprise scheduling and time-reporting system interfaces (UKG/Kronos)
- Perform simple programming updates to JDE applications and UBEs
- Stay current on ERP technologies and anticipate future system needs
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience- Expert-level business analysis experience in ERP environments
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Solid understanding of business processes and system support
- Advanced SQL skills for analysis and troubleshooting
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience supporting and maintaining JD Edwards applications
Technical Experience (Required or Strongly Preferred)- JD Edwards tools and components, including:
- BSSV
- BI Publisher
- OMW
- JDE Orchestrator
- AllOut Security
- ReportsNow
- SQL
- SharePoint
- UKG (Kronos) integrations and time-reporting systems
- Experience making simple programming changes to JDE applications and UBEs
Education- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
