We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our fast-paced Engineering team. This is a permanent position where you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our quality assurance program. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. In this role, you will be managing and overseeing all quality assurance processes, including root cause analysis, CAPA, corrective action, preventive action, process auditing, regulatory compliance, supplier quality, customer quality, manufacturing quality, quality inspection, technical drawing interpretation, and process improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to contribute to our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the quality assurance team to ensure the highest level of product quality and compliance.
2. Conduct detailed root cause analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.
3. Oversee CAPA processes and ensure all actions are implemented effectively and within the given timelines.
4. Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.
5. Manage supplier quality programs, including conducting audits, reviewing supplier performance, and working closely with suppliers to improve their quality performance.
6. Handle customer quality issues, including addressing customer complaints, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
7. Oversee all aspects of manufacturing quality, including quality inspection, process control, and quality improvement initiatives.
8. Interpret technical drawings accurately and provide guidance to the team in case of any discrepancies.
9. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
10. Develop and maintain quality assurance metrics for performance improvement of all teams.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance in the engineering industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
2. Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools, including root cause analysis, CAPA, corrective action, preventive action, process auditing, and regulatory compliance.
3. Proven experience in managing supplier quality, customer quality, manufacturing quality, and quality inspection.
4. Excellent skills in technical drawing interpretation and process improvement.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment.
9. Certification in Quality Management or a related field will be an added advantage.
