Candidates do not need to currently reside in South Carolina; however, this position requires full-time onsite work in Columbia, SC. Candidates relocating or traveling for the assignment are responsible for their own relocation and travel-related expenses.
Job Description
The Data/Information Architect will support enterprise data initiatives through public-facing dashboard development, data analysis, database development, CRM support, and technical documentation.
This position will work with a variety of business and technical stakeholders to analyze organizational data, develop meaningful reporting solutions, maintain public-facing Tableau dashboards, and support customer relationship management platforms.
The role requires someone who can combine strong technical data skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for different audiences. ADMIN 13888
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, maintain, and support public-facing Tableau dashboards.
- Analyze real estate, fleet, financial, and operational data to support management initiatives.
- Generate data-driven insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Utilize analytical and reporting tools such as:
- Tableau
- Microsoft Power BI
- Excel
- Python
- R
- SAS
- Develop and support solutions within database environments such as Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Synapse, or similar platforms.
- Develop and/or support CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, or comparable systems.
- Create detailed technical and functional documentation that supports the ongoing use, maintenance, and future modification of dashboards and data solutions.
- Participate in the software development lifecycle using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean, and DevOps.
- Develop data-focused strategies that improve organizational efficiency and business decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional experience with Tableau development and deployment.
- Working knowledge of database principles and database design.
- Experience with CRM development and support.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong data analysis experience.
- Business Analyst experience or comparable business-facing analytical experience.
- Ability to explain and document complex technical concepts and processes for a variety of audiences.
- Experience with Tableau administration or supporting enterprise Tableau environments.
- Experience with SQL Server, Azure Synapse, or similar database technologies.
- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
